Security Officers:

The security officers are well experienced in the matter of security by the virtue of their security services to the company and various other similar appointments held by them. In a brief, the functions of security officer would be to:

Advice management in the formulation of security plans and programs
Create proper security environment to suit the facility
Arrange/ Convert methods of collecting information of interest to enterprise
Command and administer the security force
Liaison with local, civil police and other law enforcement agencies
Ensure all security appliances / equipment on change are in operative state
Develop security standing orders

Security Supervisors

They are skilled workers, well trained in the art of security. In a brief, the functions of security officer would be to:

Help the security officer in discharge of his duties
Ensure the guards in his shift perform their duty as per orders

Security Guards:

They are educated, energetic and well build. Their functions will be strictly as per the standing orders or the directions given by the security officer / supervisor on behalf of the management. Specific job descriptions shall be developed after commencement of services. However, some of the general duties of the security staff shall be

To stand guard and maintain surveillance of the entire site for its safety and upkeep
To be alert against theft, vandalism and criminal damage to the site or its properties
To be alert against un-attended packages and strange objects
To monitor & control suspicious persons and potentials trouble mongers at site
To intimate security lapses at site to the employer’s representative
To professionally handle emergency situations like fire, law & order, medical & police
To assist in apprehending culprits and if needed call for the assistance of police
To also maintain a customer friendly ambience and appearance
To man site telephones during & after public hours in an elegant manner
To attend queries of the tenants / Visitors / Customers and assist them appropriately
To keep watch on the cleanliness of the site and its surroundings
To report faults & failures to the employer’s representative & follow up rectification
To maintain applicable security records, reports, books and registers
To perform other appropriate security activities as desired by the employer
As a mandatory the client should provide CCTV Cameras and fire safety equipment in the site of operations.

Recruitment:

It is done as per the format specially designed catering to the physical and educational standards of the prospective security and Facility staff. Besides stress is laid to his background with an eye on his past history and employment with a view to root out the entry of the undesired persons. This is done through references and also police/personal verifications

Training

Basic training in military drills such as salute and parade is imparted. She/he is taught on uniform etiquettes; stand in Attention, At Ease and Salute postures. The training is based on two principles viz. Intelligence and Crowd Control: Such as gathering information, prevention of crime, detections and aesthetics. The stress is laid on the prevention and aesthetics such as physical and electronic search and Maintenance of entry gate records/registers. They are also taught to check details of entry/exit of men and material.

Administration:

The administration of the men is our responsibility. We look after their recruitment training, leave, wages, and any other legal responsibility as per government laws. You are at liberty to direct us to remove, replace any of our men at any time not suited to your needs by giving a reasonable cause / notice. To fulfill this obligation we have our own elaborate administrative set up.

Operations:

We have retired Ex-servicemen personnel who are in charge of operations and administration, who are well suited and experienced to manage this aspect. Also, our senior executives will conduct surprise checks round the clock regularly to ensure excellent performance of guards deputed at your site.

Lost and Found Property:

Lost and Found Property: Any property handed to or found by the security during discharging their duties will be made entry in the lost/found property register. Every effort will be made to locate the owners of the property. The Item/ items will be handed only against a signature in the lost / found property register in presence of your concerned officers
